Description
As Partner Account Manager DACH, you will help manage and execute partnerships that accelerate Claude adoption, unlock new capabilities, and drive outcomes for joint customers across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
You will own a defined set of named partners end-to-end , a mix of in-country DACH practices of global system integrators and regional system integrators, consultancies, and AI-native boutiques.
Key responsibilities:
- Partner development and execution: Run each partner as a structured pursuit, stakeholder mapping, joint account planning, and quarterly cadence.
- Activate DACH teams against global frameworks and translate them into concrete joint accounts.
- Guide partners in building repeatable Claude offerings for priority DACH industries.
- Drive co-selling with DACH AEs, Applied AI, and Technical Success teams.
Performance and KPI ownership:
- Own and drive KPIs for your portfolio: Partner-delivered use cases, partner-sourced pipeline, revenue, consultants enabled and certified, and joint proposals submitted.
- Establish clear success metrics with each partner and drive regular business reviews.
Market development and brand building:
- Represent Anthropic in the DACH partner ecosystem , partner events, joint customer events, and partner-led marketing in German.
- Adapt the global partner playbook to DACH buying behavior.
- Build differentiated joint value propositions with partners.
Requirements:
- Builder mentality with 8+ years of partner/alliance/channel experience with system integrators and consultancies in DACH.
- Existing relationships in DACH practices of large SIs and/or regional consultancies and boutiques.
- Data-driven, KPI-oriented, and comfortable being measured on partner-sourced pipeline.
- History of protecting customer experience and brand through partners.
- Competitive drive and collaborative mindset.
- Business-fluent German (C1+/native) and English.
- Based in Germany, willing to travel regularly within DE/AT/CH and occasionally to London and San Francisco.
The annual compensation range for this role is €160,000-€220,000 EUR.
