Commercial Operations Program Manager

Anthropic is seeking an experienced Program Manager for Commercial Operations. This role transforms commercial infrastructure into a revenue accelerator, building and executing operational leverage to enable Anthropic to scale.

Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance processes supporting rapid product growth.
• Run launches end-to-end through the Commercial launch process.
• Identify and resolve launch bottlenecks.
• Develop launch tiering, readiness criteria, playbooks, templates, SLAs, and training.
• Improve program instrumentation and workflow tooling.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Finance, and GTM teams.

Requirements

• Experience building and running new product introduction processes.
• 10+ years of operations experience, preferably in billing, payments, or commercial operations.
• Strong working knowledge of billing systems, subscription management, and payments platforms.
• Proven track record of building and scaling operational programs.
• Analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and ability to demonstrate ROI.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Adaptability and comfort working in fast-paced environments.

• Annual Salary: $190,000 - $190,000 USD
• Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Required field of study: Relevant to the role.
• Location-based hybrid policy: 25% office time.
