We are seeking an Information Security Analyst to join our Identity and Access Management team in Bangalore, India.
The successful candidate will be responsible for governing activities and processes based on information security policies defined by the bank, ensuring accurate, timely, and quality delivery of services within a risk-free and controlled environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate team activities
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of services
- Maintain quality of services and standards
- Promote a culture of highest staff motivation
- Support team meetings and decision-making
- Identify gaps in processes and lead improvements
- Adhere to audit processes and escalate issues
- Cross-train resources and ensure teamwork
- Assist in generating reports and training new recruits
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of ID Admin experience and 4-6 years of overall experience
- Good knowledge of ID Administration and Governance & Compliance
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Exposure to information security concepts and policies
- Analytical mindset and willingness to work in a 24/7 environment
