We are seeking a Human Resources Expert to join our team at Target. As a Human Resources Expert, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience, supporting team efforts, and assisting peers in other areas while maintaining a positive and respectful attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience
- Greet guests and initiate a warm, helpful interaction
- Help guests find what they need and resolve issues
- Actively support team efforts and assist peers
- Adjust to business and guest needs to deliver an easy and inspiring guest experience
- Work with HR leader to anticipate and address talent and staffing needs
- Lead focused recruiting efforts to help store leaders find and hire candidates
- Support team member and leader training needs
- Be an expert resource for scheduling systems and pay practices
- Deliver on all Human Resources processes and programs
