Your Tasks and Responsibilities
A day in the life of a Manufacturing Associate includes:
- Assembling radiology medical products used to diagnose healthcare challenges
- Packaging products to ensure high-quality standards are maintained
- Inspecting and validating excellent manufacturing
- Cross-training to enhance skillset and support the shift team
- Collaborating with others to enhance capabilities, problem-solve challenges, and maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Capturing data regarding product quality and traceability
- Leading with safety, quality, and delivering for customers as guiding principles
Who You Are
Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:
- Active interest in operating in a team environment, learning daily, and partnering with others
- Comfortable with entry-level math skills, reading, and processing information
- Interested in working in a lively environment with good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Proven sound judgment, continuous improvement, and customer focus
- Appetite for personal growth
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience a plus
- Computer savvy
