Retail Sales Associate (Potomac Mills)

Squishable is a team of designers, artists, and pop-culture enthusiasts creating cute and unusual plush products. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be an ambassador for the brand, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high brand and operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Set and maintain exceptional brand and operational standards within the store
• Perform all POS transactions efficiently and courteously
• Engage with customers and create a fun, memorable environment in the store
• Process inbound shipments
• Maintain an organized inventory and ensure all merchandise is displayed according to brand visual guidelines
• Support the team with opening and closing duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Reasonably open availability, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends
• Previous retail experience, preferably in a pop-up, promotional, or boutique environment
• Familiarity with Square or a similar POS system
• The ability to lift cartons up to 25 lbs.
• Must be 18 or older

Compensation

• Pay rate is $15.00 per hour
