Description
Ford of Canada is seeking a senior Full Stack Developer for its FNV Diagnostics Cloud team. The successful candidate will work on challenging technical problems related to scalability, governance, and data enhancement for the diagnostics platform.
The developer will be part of the larger Diagnostics and Analytics platform team, assuming a senior role on the cloud team. Responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with a multi-discipline team of 10-15 software professionals
- Optimizing diagnostics cloud ingestion for larger data payloads
- Designing and building high-performance user interfaces for accessing diagnostics data
- Developing performant APIs for consuming diagnostics data
- Improving data value-enhancement capabilities
- Designing governance capabilities for diagnostics data usage
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of software development experience, preferably with Java, C#, or similar
- Minimum 4 years of experience with relational databases and front-end development
Preferred qualifications include proficiency with Spring Boot, Java Microservices, ELK stack, OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker, public clouds like GCP, Azure, and AWS, embedded development background, and Python skills.
The expected annual salary range for this position is $105,000.00 - $155,000.00, with eligibility for an Annual Compensation bonus program.
