Cleaning Operative

ABM is seeking an experienced and reliable Cleaning Operative to join our team at the Capital One office building in Nottingham.

As a Cleaning Operative, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the site, representing ABM while working within the client's premises.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cleaning office areas, washrooms, kitchens, changing rooms, and the gymnasium
• Vacuuming, mopping, and dusting
• Disinfecting surfaces and high-touch points
• Window and glass cleaning
• Operating cleaning machinery and equipment
• Completing daily and weekly cleaning schedules
• Identifying opportunities to improve service standards and client satisfaction

Requirements:

• Previous cleaning experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
• Excellent attention to detail
• Understanding of health and safety procedures
• Professional and courteous manner
• Good communication skills
• Reliable with excellent attendance and timekeeping
• Ability to work as part of a team and take pride in your work
