Assistant Producer - EA SPORTS™ FC

Reporting to a Lead Producer, the Assistant Producer works closely with the production, product management, art, and quality verification teams to create compelling live content for EA SPORTS FC.

Responsibilities:

• Build live content designs using complex spreadsheets, design documents, and internal tools
• Translate real-world football events into live content ideas/plans on short notice, which may require flexible work hours
• Develop live content plans and strategies to retain and engage players, based on data collected from dashboards, peers, or research
• Work directly in custom tools to create, verify, and publish live content to players
• Collaborate with the quality verification team to ensure content meets quality standards
• Work with other Producers to meet deadlines, targets, and priority changes
• Become an expert on the game and community, making informed design choices
• Establish and improve processes to make life easier for the Content Production team

Your Skills & Experience:

• 2-4 years of experience working on a live service product, preferably in production, product management, quality verification, or game design
• High attention to detail, with a proven track record of spotting defects or issues
• Good eye for game quality and advocacy for the end-user experience
• Familiarity with football (soccer) and its leagues
• Experience with game production tools and project management software is a plus
• Ability to think creatively to solve complex problems
• Knowledge of team efficiency improvements and process optimization
