As a team member, you will have the opportunity to gain knowledge of guest service fundamentals, experience supporting a guest-first culture across the store, and develop skills in retail business fundamentals, including department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency and improvement.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing excellent guest service
- Stocking, setting, and selling Target products
- Working efficiently and as a team to deliver for guests
- Resolving guest questions quickly on the spot
- Accurately handling cash register operations
- Climbing up and down ladders
- Scanning, handling, and moving merchandise efficiently and safely
Requirements:
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members
- Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs
- Ability to work both independently and with a team
- Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
- Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
