As a Senior Director, Enterprise FP&A, you will be a key finance leader responsible for the company's financial planning, forecasting, and performance management processes. You will lead a multi-disciplinary Enterprise FP&A organisation, including Enterprise Finance Operations, Long-Range Planning, and Corporate Functions / G&A FP&A.

Your role will operate at the centre of Enterprise FP&A, bringing together forecasting, long-range planning, investment prioritisation, and corporate cost management into a coordinated operating model. You will partner closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to drive financial rigour, improve decision-making, and strengthen governance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading enterprise-wide planning and forecasting processes, including Long-Range Planning, Annual Planning, and quarterly estimates
  • Establishing forecasting frameworks, assumptions governance, and risk tracking vs. plan
  • Modernising and transforming the Enterprise FP&A function through connected financial planning, process standardisation, and improved coordination across FP&A
  • Leading enterprise investment prioritisation and supporting capital allocation decisions
  • Overseeing Corporate FP&A support for G&A functions, driving cost discipline and accountability
  • Providing clear financial insights and reporting to executive leadership to support decision-making
  • Building and leading a high-performing team, including remote team members

Success measures include:

  • Improved forecast accuracy and reduced unplanned revisions
  • Risk vs. plan proactively tracked and managed
  • Investment prioritisation framework adopted and consistently used
  • Enterprise cost baseline established and benchmarked
  • Long-Range Plan delivered with clear scenario-based trade-offs
  • Strong leadership bench, succession plans in place, and clear ownership across Enterprise FP&A

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 12+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance
  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field
  • Experience owning enterprise-wide planning and forecasting processes
  • Strong leadership capabilities, operating with ambiguity, influencing without authority, and driving cross-functional alignment
  • Proven ability to partner with executive leadership and influence decisions
  • Strong financial acumen across enterprise performance drivers
  • Track record of leading teams and developing senior leaders
  • Excellent communication skills, including executive-level storytelling
  • Experience utilising AI and technology solutions to improve financial processes, analytics, and decision-making
  • Advanced financial modelling, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with hands-on experience using modern ERP and FP&A planning platforms
