PRN Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Long Term Acute Care

We are seeking a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at PT Solutions in Indianapolis, IN. As a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist, you will deliver evidence-based care to patients in a long-term acute care setting.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centred care to facilitate return home or to the next level of care
• Establish timely treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs
• Build strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Collaborate with physicians, case management, and nurses to ensure comprehensive care

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a CAA-approved Speech-Language Pathology program
• Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
• State licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
• Basic Life Support certification
• Clinical fellows are welcome to apply
