FBS Recruiter

We are seeking a skilled FBS Recruiter to join our team in Pune, Maharashtra, India. As a FBS Recruiter, you will regularly interact with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers, interview panel members, HR teams.

Responsibilities include:

• Gathering hiring requirements and providing recruitment status updates
• Managing candidate pipelines and coordinating interviews
• Facilitating hiring decisions and negotiating offers
• Ensuring alignment between business needs and recruitment objectives
• Proactively sourcing, screening, and engaging high-potential and diverse executive candidates
• Conducting in-depth interviews of potential candidates matching a specific business need
• Acting as a consultant during the offer process and providing expert offer knowledge to the hiring manager
• Negotiating executive package offers with final candidates
• Building talent pipelines for executive-level openings
• Creating a positive candidate experience for both selected and non-selected candidates throughout the recruiting process
• Partnering closely with HR business partners and senior leaders across the company
• Establishing relationships with external candidates to develop a long-term talent pipeline
• Maintaining market-specific intelligence relevant to the company and our talent needs
• Leading special projects and using influence with peers to reinforce leadership messages and solve complex problems

Requirements:

• End-to-end recruitment experience
• Exceptional communication and strong stakeholder management skills
• Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills
• Fair understanding of recruitment best practices, processes, and technologies like Workday
