Description
We are seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Accredo Specialty Pharmacy, located in Newark, Delaware. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring prescriptions are dispensed and shipped correctly to our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Select and retrieve medication quantities and prepare corresponding labels
- Collaborate with pharmacists and production clerks to fill medications and support pharmacy quality goals
- Verify, print prescriptions, and perform routine duties
- Assist with picking up medication and helping on the packing line
- Work in a team environment to achieve success
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Pharmacy Technician Certification preferred
- 1+ year of relevant work experience as a Pharmacy Technician preferred
- Basic math skills and general PC knowledge, including Microsoft Office and internet/email usage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality
Physical Requirements:
- Sit and/or stand for lengthy periods
- Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 20 lbs frequently
- Perform repetitive motions with fingers, hands, and arms
- Work in confined areas close to machinery and in environments with varying noise levels

Salary: $18 - $27 per hour, depending on experience and geographic location
Bonus Plan: Eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan
