Responsable de Plancher (Temps Plein)

Mejuri, a fine jewelry brand founded in 2015, is looking for a Floor Manager to join their team in Montreal.

As a Floor Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading the store team, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Customer Experience:

• Provide personalized and memorable customer service, building relationships with customers and exceeding their expectations.
• Execute sales programs expertly and coach others to do the same.
• Develop product expertise, staying up-to-date on Mejuri's products and latest launches.
• Assist the team in implementing customer-centric campaigns and developing business relationships.

Sales:

• Ensure key performance indicators are continuously met, focusing on team and individual goals.
• Maintain operational processes that positively impact sales, reduce expenses, and drive business growth.
• Support the management team in identifying new sales opportunities and generating traffic.
• Develop business through customer profiling, finding new customers, and strengthening existing relationships.
• Manage sales floor operations, coaching the sales team and providing real-time feedback.

Operations:

• Oversee daily operational workflows, adhering to standard procedures, including store opening and closing, inventory management, and staff supervision.
• Process various transactions, such as purchases, returns, and exchanges.
• Manage inventory tasks, including shipping, receiving, and stock transfers.
• Collaborate with store management to improve daily operations and maintain store appearance.

Visual Merchandising:

• Work with the visual merchandising team to analyze performance indicators and monitor stock levels.
• Provide support during sales campaigns and ensure timely execution of visual merchandising initiatives.
• Maintain daily visual displays and report damaged products.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume retail environment.
• Strong adaptability, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
• Critical thinking and action planning skills.
• Physical demands: standing for 8 hours, lifting 23 kg, and occasional evening, weekend, or holiday work.

Salary: The salary range for this position is $21-$24 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
