Clinical Assistant

We are seeking a Clinical Assistant to support our nursing duties and general administration at Blue Care. As a Clinical Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting our medical team.

Responsibilities:

• Support nursing duties and staff on-job training
• Provide excellent customer service
• Assist with medical record handling, photocopying, and filing
• Help with medication dispensing, billing, and stock taking
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as needed

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above, or similar education level
• Friendly, willing to help, self-initiative, and considerate attitude
• Experience in assisting with dispensing duties is an advantage, but not required
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; Mandarin is preferred
• Basic knowledge of computer software applications is preferred
