Retail Stock Lead (Woodfield Mall)

Squishable is looking for a Retail Stock Lead to manage the back-of-house stock room at their Woodfield Mall location in Schaumburg, Illinois.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, methodical, and comfortable working independently at pace. They take ownership of the back of house, communicate clearly with the sales team and the Store Manager, and keep replenishment moving through the busiest days of the year.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the team with all back-of-house functions
• Ensuring products are easy to locate, neat, and organized at all times
• Planning and scheduling all incoming and outbound shipments
• Performing opening and closing duties as assigned
• Adhering to all company policies, practices, and safety standards

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail experience preferred
• Able to work independently or as part of a team
• Strong time-management skills and strong attention to detail
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
• Able to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand for long periods
• Must be 18 or older

Compensation

• Pay rate is $17.50 per hour
