Senior Technical Solutions Manager

Reddit is seeking a Senior Technical Solutions Manager in London to drive the success of Reddit Ads across the region.

This senior individual contributor role works across the Reddit Ads product portfolio, with expertise in app advertising technologies. You'll act as a trusted technical advisor to advertisers, agencies, partners, Sales, Product, Engineering, and regional go-to-market teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead complex technical investigations across campaign creation, delivery, measurement, reporting, APIs, integrations, and third-party reporting.
• Advise customers and partners on technical aspects of Reddit Ads.
• Manage escalations end-to-end, coordinating with Product and Engineering stakeholders.
• Apply structured technical analysis to isolate root causes of issues.
• Influence product and engineering priorities based on technical insights.
• Support product quality and launches by testing new features and validating advertiser workflows.
• Create scalable solutions to reduce repeat investigations and improve the customer experience.
• Improve AI-assisted support workflows.
• Build structure in a growing function, identifying support gaps and establishing repeatable processes.
• Represent EMEA Technical Solutions, sharing regional customer impact and technical insights with global teams.
• Participate in on-call support for critical platform issues.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in technical solutions, solutions engineering, ad technology, or a related customer-facing technical role.
• Deep understanding of digital advertising ecosystems.
• Strong expertise in mobile app advertising.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs and technical integrations.
• Experience using logs, data analysis, and developer tools to investigate technical issues.
• Working knowledge of web technologies and digital protocols.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience partnering effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently and lead through influence.
