Sales Trainee

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Trainee in Brooklyn, NY. This training role prepares you for the Account Sales Manager position, focusing on supporting sales initiatives and providing route coverage.

The base salary range for this position is $19.38 to $29.08 per hour.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Trainee, you will:

• Participate in a comprehensive training program designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge required for the Account Sales Manager role.
• Support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for Account Sales Managers during vacations, sicknesses, injuries, or special projects.
• Maintain strong customer relationships across sales, merchandising, and operations for large and small format off-premise stores.
• Ensure effective customer service in a safe, productive, and professional manner, adhering to Red Bull's executional standards.

Key Areas of Focus:

• Training: Engage in a structured training program with eligibility to interview for Account Sales Manager roles upon successful completion.
• Business Acumen: Understand Red Bull and its products, build and protect the brand, and establish professional customer relationships to drive sales.
• Daily Preparation: Obtain necessary tools and communicate effectively with Account Sales Managers and Direct Sales Managers.
• In-Route Support: Contribute to in-store execution strategies, cover routes as needed, and meet daily KPIs related to sales, distribution, and merchandising.
• Off-Route Support: Assist with audits, merchandising, and display setup to drive sales growth.

Requirements

• Valid US Driver's License and DOT Medical card.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Experience in customer service and sales is advantageous.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
