Senior Medical Educator, WHC (Gulf Coast)

As a Senior Medical Educator, Women's Healthcare (WHC), you will articulate an in-depth understanding of the franchise portfolio and disease state to a targeted customer base. You will demonstrate clinical, scientific, and technical expertise in the specified therapeutic area to educate customers, HCPs, and the community on Bayer products and disease states.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with identified customer groups to align with franchise and regional strategy
• Provide didactic presentations, franchise-specific scientific discussions, and hands-on training of device insertion where applicable
• Share enhanced clinical knowledge via peer-to-peer dialogue and execute educational opportunities identified during compliant collaboration with Bayer field teams
• Collect and communicate customer insights to inform development of effective customer education tools
• Collaborate with Bayer field force to grow clinical comfort level with current customers regarding Bayer products

Requirements:

• Nursing degree (RN, BSN) required, active license in good standing
• Excellent presentation and platform skills
• Advanced ability to think strategically
• Demonstrates self-starter mentality and accountability for actions and results
• Working knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent verbal and written communication
• Computer skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and related programs
• Valid Driver's License and eligibility to drive a company car or pooled vehicle

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degree (NP, PA, CNM)
• Minimum of 2 years of Medical Educator Experience
• Teaching experience
• Minimum two years clinical or pharmaceutical industry experience

Salary Range: $154,320 to $231,480 per year
