Description
Databricks is executing a multi-year Procure-to-Pay transformation and seeks a P2P Data & Automation Analyst to drive rapid P2P process transformation by designing, deploying, and scaling automation and data solutions directly within business workflows.
The successful candidate will have business process ownership, translating pain points into structured requirements and solution designs, embedded automation, rapid iteration, data & measurement, user adoption & change management, day-to-day prioritization, and stakeholder engagement responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience in data analytics, process automation, or operations roles within P2P, procurement, or finance, with hands-on technical skills in SQL, Python, workflow and integration tooling, and dashboarding/BI.
The pay range for this role is: Zone 1: $186,000-$255,750 USD Zone 2: $167,400-$230,250 USD Zone 3: $158,100-$217,350 USD Zone 4: $148,800-$204,600 USD
