Distribution Partner Specialist

We are looking for a Distribution Partner Specialist to join our team in Thessaloniki, Greece.

As a Distribution Partner Specialist, you will work closely with our distributors and wholesalers, their branch teams, and Red Bull's sales teams to drive strategy execution in the market. You will focus on building partner capabilities, identifying growth opportunities, and bringing Red Bull's priorities to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate Red Bull's distribution and wholesale strategy into actionable plans and tools for partners
• Collaborate with the National Distribution Partner Manager to monitor progress and provide support where needed
• Build trusted relationships with distributor and wholesaler leaders, branch managers, and sales teams
• Develop and deliver practical training to enhance partner teams' capabilities and confidence
• Analyze sales data and market insights to identify growth opportunities and provide actionable recommendations
• Foster cross-functional collaboration between distributors, wholesalers, and Red Bull's sales teams

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in FMCG, sales, field execution, customer management, or a similar commercial environment
• Experience working with distributor and wholesale networks is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of the FMCG landscape
• Proven ability to translate strategy into practical execution
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
• Strong commercial and analytical capabilities
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of outcomes
• Valid driver's license
