Description
Syneos Health is seeking a Board Certified Medical Director - Dermatology to join their Clinical Solutions team. As a Medical Monitor, you will provide medical oversight of assigned clinical studies, therapeutic input and consultation to customers, and develop and deliver project-specific training to project team members and clinical site staff.
Responsibilities:
- Provide medical oversight of assigned clinical studies as a Medical Monitor
- Provide therapeutic input and consultation to customers for assigned clinical studies
- Develop and deliver project-specific and therapeutic training to project team members and clinical site staff
- Provide medical and therapeutic input to Study Start Up, Feasibility, and Subject Identification efforts
- Review and provide input into protocol design and development, protocol amendments, data collection tools, monitoring plans, and review and analysis plans
- Provide oversight to assigned Medical Scientist staff and Medical Director colleagues reviewing clinical data
- Present identified trends and issues, along with mitigation strategies, to customers and project teams to minimize risks to subject safety or study-data integrity
- Provide after-hours medical coverage for clinical studies
- Adhere to enterprise policies, work instructions, standard operating procedures, and project plans
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of FDA and worldwide drug-development regulations and national and ICH Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines

Salary Range: $146,000.00 - $332,000.00
