Join Electronic Arts (EA), a global leader in interactive entertainment, as a Senior Talent Coordinator. You will guide candidates through a seamless recruiting journey, ensuring every touchpoint reflects EA's commitment to creativity, inclusion, and positive play. Collaborate with the Global Talent Acquisition team to support hiring for iconic franchises. This hybrid role, based in Vancouver, requires 3 days a week in the office.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with recruiters to schedule interviews, navigating multiple calendars and time zones.
- Audit offer letters for accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding tasks.
- Contribute to process improvement projects within Global Talent Acquisition.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in an office or administrative role supporting recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Experience scheduling interviews across multiple calendars and time zones using tools like Outlook and Google Workspace.
- Experience auditing offer letters and supporting onboarding tasks.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems.
