As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Invesco, you will play a critical role in delivering high-impact staffing services that drive hiring outcomes, credibility, and long-term success for the Investments organisation.

Responsibilities of the Role
- Collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop targeted recruiting strategies.
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain robust pipelines of investment talent to support immediate hiring needs and longer-term workforce planning.
- Develop comprehensive search strategies, including role specifications, screening criteria, timelines, and interview frameworks.
- Review and align on recruiting plans with stakeholders to ensure shared accountability.
- Identify and implement creative, effective, and cost-efficient sourcing strategies.
- Leverage external market intelligence to remain informed and competitive in talent markets.
- Partner with external search firms as needed.
- Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter, external resume databases, and applicant tracking systems.
- Manage internal and external job postings.
- Construct, extend, and negotiate competitive offers.
Requirements of the Role
- 8+ years of dedicated, end-to-end recruiting experience.
- 4+ years supporting talent acquisition for investment or financial sales professionals.
- Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and recruiting dynamics within competitive investment talent markets.
- Experience recruiting across various investment disciplines.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
- Working knowledge of HR practices and concepts related to the recruiting lifecycle.
- Highly detail-oriented and self-motivated with strong communication and organisational skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
