Infrastructure Technician

We are seeking an Infrastructure Technician to join the Audi Revolut F1 Team at our facility in Hinwil, Switzerland.

As an Infrastructure Technician, you will work within the Trackside Infrastructure department supporting maintenance, servicing, and logistics. You will assist with the integration of new equipment and infrastructure, build and assemble new infrastructure and pit equipment, and carry out updates on existing equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Work within the Trackside Infrastructure department supporting maintenance, servicing, and logistics
• Assist with the integration of new equipment and infrastructure
• Build and assemble new infrastructure and pit equipment, and carry out updates on existing equipment
• Handle hands-on, practical tasks such as freight loading
• Travel to events if required

Requirements:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in motorsport working as an infrastructure technician, with Formula 1 experience being desirable
• Electrical qualifications or significant knowledge of electrical installations
• Experience with design programmes such as CAD, CATIA, or Solidworks
• Positive personality, flexible, stress-resistant, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong all-round technician with good problem-solving and fabrication skills
• Strong communication skills, able to work effectively as part of a team
• Self-motivated, confident to complete tasks alone, with great attention to detail, and a strong commitment to a "zero mistake" culture
• Fluent in English
