Description
We are seeking a Technical Architect - Tableau to join our Professional Services team. As a senior-level position, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of data analytics solutions using Tableau. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
Responsibilities
- Become an expert in Tableau products and integrate them with server products and client solutions
- Implement data analysis platform environments and migrate on-premises environments to the cloud
- Provide advisory services to customers on-site and develop dashboard development, design, construction, and performance tuning skills
- Create plans, designs, parameter sheets, and test specifications for platform environment construction and migration processes
- Develop and manage service delivery document templates, including custom scripts and coding
- Support sales teams in feasibility checks and SOW creation for customer requirements
- Conduct workshops to assess customer environments and define activities and evaluation axes for fostering a data-driven culture
- Maintain customer relationships and mentor junior consultants
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, face-to-face, and web meetings
Requirements
- Experience in delivering enterprise software deployments (requirements definition, design, implementation)
- Knowledge of server software, server OS (Windows, Linux), and virtual/physical servers
- Experience in creating operation manuals and reports
- Knowledge of web servers, application servers, and enterprise services
- Experience in server sizing and estimating CPU cores, memory capacity, and storage capacity
- Experience in managing PaaS operations (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Knowledge of network, proxy, load balancer, authentication, and security
- Experience in architecting system architecture and leading technical tasks
- Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree
- Knowledge of Tableau or BI tools
- 8+ years of experience in analytics technology and software deployment
- Expertise in system integration, single sign-on, large-scale data processing, mobile development, agile development processes, and DevOps
- Deep knowledge of data integration and visualization best practices
- Experience in implementing Tableau Blueprint for data literacy and data utilization
- Advanced analytics and technical skills, including statistics, R, Python, SQL, and custom scripting
