Line Supervisor

As a Line Supervisor at Lamb Weston EMEA, you play a key role in achieving our planned potato production goals safely, efficiently, and according to the highest quality standards.

You lead a team of 8 to 10 employees and coach them to develop their performance and skills further. You create a positive work atmosphere where collaboration, safety, and open communication are central.

Your responsibilities include:

• Supervising production processes to ensure smooth operations
• Collaborating with various departments such as Production, Planning, and Technical Services
• Ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies
• Analyzing technical challenges and finding practical solutions
• Developing and implementing process improvements

Requirements:

• Completed HBO education in a field such as technology, logistics, food technology, or business administration, or an MBO+ diploma
• Willingness to continuously develop yourself through internal and external opportunities
• Affinity with leadership, technology, and organizing business processes
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in the food industry
• Strong communication and team management skills
