Description
As a Senior Highway Drainage Engineer at WSP, you will work on complex drainage schemes from conception to delivery. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team and have responsibilities including:
- Independently delivering complex drainage schemes
- Investigation, data collection, and analysis
- Feasibility studies, designs, and reports
- Development of funding applications
- Preliminary and detailed drainage design
- Contract administration
- Construction supervision
- Ensuring health, safety, and welfare of yourself and team members
The role requires experience in leading drainage design projects, familiarity with DMRB, Local Design Specifications, and CDM2015, and competence in Civil 3D/AutoCAD, Causeway Flow, and Microsoft Office.
The role is based in Shrewsbury, with flexible working arrangements, and there is also the potential for the role to be based in Birmingham.
