Demand & Supply Planning Manager

As Demand & Supply Planning Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end Demand and Supply Consensus plan, ensuring it translates into a stable and executable operation within production, logistics, and customer service.

You will lead the further development of our planning organisation from a traditional S&OP to a future-proof, scenario-driven, and data-driven planning approach. You will have problem-solving skills, attention to continuous improvement, and the ability to centralise data and automation in the planning role.

Responsibilities:

• Integrated Demand & Supply Planning: Develop and maintain an 18-month rolling demand and supply plan for Finished Goods, Displays, and POS/Event items. Translate commercial demand drivers into a consensus Demand Plan with various scenarios. Actively manage demand volatility, constraints, and trade-offs.
• Monthly S&OP Process: Lead the monthly S&OP/IBP process according to Global Red Bull guidelines. Improve and ensure the structure, rhythm, inputs, assumptions, and decision-making moments. Align with Sales, Brand, Business Insights, and Finance to create one integrated business plan.
• From Planning to Execution: Translate the Demand plan into execution in Supply week plans. Automate inbound, outbound, and warehousing forecasts. Collaborate closely with Logistics & Customer Service to ensure smooth execution and optimise Supply Chain KPIs.
• Portfolio Management: Manage product life cycles, including introductions, transitions, and phase-outs, and the NPD request process. Actively reduce complex product portfolios, obsolete inventory, slow movers, and waste in the chain.
• Planning Performance, Data & Tools: Continuously improve forecast accuracy and predictability. Set up collaborative forecasting with customers. Work with SAP (S4 HANA/ SAP IBP) and PowerBI dashboards to support decision-making.
• People Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a team of Demand & Supply Planners. Stimulate close collaboration with Planning, Logistics & Customer Service, Sales, Brand, and Finance.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Supply Chain, Technical Business Administration, or similar, with at least 5 years of experience in Demand & Supply Planning or Supply Chain, preferably in the FMCG sector.
• Demonstrable experience leading S&OP processes.
• Experience in team leadership.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chains.
• Strong analytical and structured thinker.
• Hands-on experience with SAP and planning systems (S4 HANA / IBP is a plus).
• Strong communication skills towards operational and senior stakeholders.
• Calm under pressure, pragmatic, and decisive.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
