Senior QA Specialist - Apex Legends

Electronic Arts is seeking a Senior QA Specialist to work onsite in Bogotá, Colombia, as part of the EA Studios - Quality Verification team.

You will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and excellence of Apex Legends, working closely with QA Leadership to set quality standards and best practices. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to define and deliver quality strategies, test plans, and continuous improvements that shape the player experience.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in and support the team's testing tasks, resolving challenges including hardware and setup.
• Create, build, and manage detailed test scripts and plans.
• Compile and communicate data across different sources; monitor bug entry/data quality and provide clear, actionable feedback.
• Serve as a communication bridge between QA and development teams.
• Absorb, apply, and help evolve EA QA processes; drive team adoption of best practices and quality data entry.
• Mentor and support junior team members.
• Suggest and help implement tools, automation, and data-driven efficiencies.
• Build effective working relationships with producers, designers, engineers, and QA colleagues.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
• Experience with defect and task tracking tools.
• Familiarity with automated testing, telemetry, and data analysis.
• Passion for videogames with a strong player-first mindset.
• Fluent in English.
