Sr. Manager, Recognition & Rewards

We are seeking a Sr. Manager, Recognition & Rewards to design, govern, and optimize our total rewards framework, ensuring business alignment, market competitiveness, talent centricity, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage rewards strategy as Rewards COE
• Conduct total compensation reviews, including planning and execution
• Collaborate with business channels on incentive plans, providing data-driven recommendations to senior leadership
• Develop differentiated reward solutions for key areas
• Draft, review, and revise policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Analyze data in subject matters
• Manage assigned R&R projects from planning to implementation
• Provide consultative guidance, training, and standardized playbooks to HRBPs and line managers

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, HR management, or related field
• At least 5 years of relevant managerial experience in a sizable multinational corporation's HR department
• Expert knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
• Statistical knowledge and analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently under tight deadlines
