Description
Join Marks & Spencer as a Christmas Operations Assistant in Chichester, working part-time hours on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays from 10:00-14:15. Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
As an Operations Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of the store. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing stock and deliveries to ensure the shop floor remains full, clean, and ready for customers
- Using digital tools confidently to track deliveries and manage stock efficiently
- Working flexibly across the store where needed, adapting to changing demands and priorities
- Collaborating with colleagues to support the wider retail team
