Senior Manager, HR Business Partner - Global Payment Network

We are seeking a Senior Manager, HR Business Partner to join our Global Payment Network team. As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with clients to deliver people initiatives and talent strategy. You will exhibit strong relationship building, influencing, communication, and problem-solving skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and values-oriented team.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients, other HRBPs, and HR partner groups to effectively execute on people strategy, HR processes, and reporting
• Partner with clients to build effective relationships, manage stakeholders, and understand business imperatives to execute on HR solutions aligned to business needs
• Consult with associates, managers, and HR partners who require assistance on HR-related issues
• Coach people managers on leadership skills, org design, and performance concerns
• Provide strategic consulting and workforce planning to client groups and deliver an HR strategy aligned with business needs
• Support the planning and delivery of core HR processes, including performance and talent management, leadership development, and change management
• Support senior leaders on key areas such as building an inclusive and diverse team, creating a culture of belonging, and encouraging cross-pollination and high performance

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
• At least 5 years of client-facing experience or consulting experience
• At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or military experience
• Professional Human Resources Certification or Senior Professional Human Resources certification or coaching certification
• 7+ years of client-facing experience or consulting experience
• 7+ years of experience in Human Resources
• HR experience within a global organization

Salary Information

• McLean, VA: $177,700 - $202,800 per year
• Richmond, VA: $161,500 - $184,300 per year
