Howden, a global insurance group with employee ownership at its heart, is seeking an Employee Benefits Consultant. You will join a team of 24,000 employees spanning over 56 countries, united by a shared passion and no-limits mindset.
The successful candidate will effectively manage an existing portfolio of clients in relation to Private Medical Insurance policies and/or Group Risk policies. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and developing client relationships within the small to medium enterprise (SME) sector
- Providing advice on employee benefits programs and specific insurance products
- Proactively building new business opportunities and converting sales enquiries
- Maintaining a robust system for managing consultancy tasks and ensuring accurate client data
- Collaborating with internal teams, clients, and insurers to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction
The ideal candidate will have proficiency in advising clients on Private Medical Insurance, Group Risk & Protection benefits, Wellbeing, and Pensions. They will also possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
