Description
As a Care Assistant, you will deliver high standards of care to vulnerable patients, earning up to £13.50 per hour within the first 12 to 18 months. Your main duties will include:
- Assisting residents with all their personal needs, ensuring optimum independence, dignity, and respect for individuals at all times
- Ensuring documentation is completed in a timely fashion, reflecting the care delivered, and escalating concerns regarding a patient's health and wellbeing to the nurse in charge at the earliest possible opportunity
- Being friendly, kind, and compassionate towards patients, relatives, visitors, and colleagues, respecting the dignity and individuality of each patient
