Housekeeping Supervisor

We are seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Guildhall Shopping Centre in Exeter.

As a working supervisor, you will lead by example, be flexible to support the needs of the business, and demonstrate the values of both the Centre and ABM.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with the training and development of others
• Handling HR matters
• Conducting site audits
• Providing ongoing support to the soft services manager, senior supervisor, security supervisors, and centre management team
• Deputising in the absence of the Senior Soft Services Manager

We offer a competitive pay rate of £competitive, working an average of 42 hours per week, with a shift pattern of 4 on 4 off, 12-hour shifts.
