As a Retail Store Associate at CVS Health, you'll play a meaningful role within the company, providing exceptional customer service, performing various store tasks, and supporting pharmacy personnel.
Essential Functions:
- Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs and resolving potential service issues
- Focus on customers by giving warm and friendly greetings and offering help when needed
- Accurately perform cashier duties, handle transactions, and follow company policies
- Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, and updating pricing information
- Support opening and closing store activities, and provide customer support to all departments
- Assist pharmacy personnel when needed and work regular shifts in the pharmacy for growth and career development
- Embrace and advocate for new CVS services and loyalty programs
Required Qualifications:
- At least 16 years of age
- Physical requirements: remain upright for sustained periods, lift and exert up to 35 lbs of force occasionally, and have close visual acuity
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting
Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
Anticipated Weekly Hours:
- 40 hours per week

- $18.31 - $25.31 per hour
