Employment Law Attorney

At Morgan & Morgan, we're a leading personal injury law firm dedicated to protecting people's rights against insurance companies, large corporations, and defective goods. We're now seeking Employment Law Attorneys to join our team.

As an Employment Law Attorney with Morgan & Morgan, you'll handle sophisticated matters, work alongside accomplished colleagues, and advocate for individuals facing critical moments in their professional lives. Your role will involve:

• Day-to-day handling of cases from pre-litigation to litigation
• Drafting and filing litigation documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and motions
• Guiding clients through the case process
• Interacting with expert witnesses and preparing reports and affidavits
• Preparing for and attending depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A law degree (J.D./Juris Doctor) from a fully ABA-accredited law school
• Active membership in good standing of the bar of the state in which you're based or applying
• Experience with wage and hour claims is a plus
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Ability to manage a high volume of pre-litigation and litigation cases

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000-$500,000 USD, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical and dental insurance, 401(k) plan, paid time off, and paid holidays.
