Description
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to support our dynamic team in the Airborne & Mission Solutions Business Area. As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you will develop strong working relationships with client groups and program leadership to drive business objectives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coaching and consulting with management and employees
- Developing selection and retention strategies
- Delivering HR programs, such as Performance Management, Talent Management, Compensation, Rewards and Recognition, and Compliance
- Identifying opportunities for HR to engage effectively with management and support change management activities
- Assisting in growing the business through new business and proposal initiatives
- Participating in initiatives, work groups, and panels across the corporation
- Partnering with Workplace Relations to investigate and resolve employee relations issues
The ideal candidate will be local to the DMV area and able to come onsite 1 day/week, although remote candidates are also considered.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 4+ years of experience
- Demonstrated experience in coaching, partnering, and influencing with all levels of management
- Ability to build and leverage enduring relationships
- Experience in HR disciplines, such as employee relations, talent management, performance management, and leadership development
- Strong computer skills using HR applications (Workday and Deltek), HR reporting, and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Highly effective communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
Pay Range: $73,450.00 - $132,775.00
