As a Senior Finance Business Partner in our Commercial finance team, you will partner with our Borrowing collective to support Flex Credit cards, Loans, and Overdraft portfolios.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Being the single point of contact between the business and finance
- Diving deep into data to identify trends, opportunities, and stories that can improve profitability and growth
- Analysing and scoping new markets and products
- Presenting ideas and working with stakeholders across engineering, legal, risk management, product, strategy, and marketing
- Designing and building new processes for effective decision-making
- Supporting the build of a highly competent and motivated team of financial analysts
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Demonstrable experience in financial business partnering with senior business leaders
- Strong financial modelling skills, preferably with advanced Excel and Google Sheets
- Experience with SQL and Python
- Great analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good interpersonal and influencing skills
- Experience building business cases and presenting investment choices
We offer a salary of £84,200 - £99,000, plus incentive awards tied to your performance.
