Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Talbot Green, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and support sales growth.
As a Customer Assistant, you will:
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, making recommendations and driving sales
- Operate efficiently in a high-pressure environment, using digital tools to enhance the customer experience
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere
- Adapt to changing demands, working flexibly across various areas of the store
This is a part-time, flexible role, requiring you to work Monday, Tuesday, and Friday nights from 22:00 to 05:00. Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours during the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
