Vice President of Emergency Services

We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Emergency Services to join Parkview Health.

The successful candidate will provide leadership and strategic direction to the emergency services department across multiple facilities, including Parkview Regional Medical Center and affiliates.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing executive-level leadership to emergency departments
• Developing and implementing strategic plans to improve patient care and outcomes
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to drive quality improvement initiatives
• Analyzing data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive change
• Building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals

Requirements:

• MBA, BSN, RN, NPD-BC or similar credentials
• Proven experience in emergency services leadership, preferably in a large health system
• Strong understanding of emergency services operations, including ED management and nursing practice
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable plans
