Event Vehicle Coordinator (Freelancer), Field Marketing

We are seeking an Event Vehicle Coordinator (Freelancer) to act as a Red Bull Brand ambassador and manage our Event Vehicle (EV), a key marketing asset in our grassroots, field marketing initiatives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing the schedule for the Event Vehicle across events, providing sales support, and creating 'surprise & delight' consumer moments. They will also support the programming of Event Vehicle content alongside our social media team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining the event vehicle in top operational performance and ensuring it upholds Red Bull's premium appearance
• Implementing a regional marketing and sales plan around the event vehicle
• Building and updating the event vehicle music and video content library
• Obtaining necessary permits for EV programming
• Managing travel and entertainment budgets, as well as activation budgets
• Reporting on event vehicle activity to the Field Marketing Manager and National Event Manager

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in Marketing
• Proven background in negotiation, partnerships, and budget management
• Excellent understanding of sports and culture landscape within the region
• General knowledge and comfort using and capturing low-fi content on Instagram and TikTok
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive standard and automatic transmission vehicles
• Strong written, presentation, and verbal skills with attention to detail
• Strong leadership, initiative, and communications skills
• Ability to meet strict deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in MS Office
