Description
Join the M&S Café team in Winchester as a Christmas Customer Assistant, working part-time hours during the busy Christmas period. You will be a brand ambassador, providing five-star service, making great food and drink recommendations, and ensuring the café operates smoothly under pressure.
Your tasks will include:
- Taking and fulfilling orders efficiently using digital tools
- Maintaining high food safety standards
- Delivering quality service under pressure
- Supporting colleagues and contributing to a high-performance culture
- Adapting quickly to meet customer needs
In this role, you will need to be digitally confident, efficient, and effective, with excellent teamwork and communication skills. You should be flexible and able to work varied shifts, including Sundays, Mondays, and Wednesdays.
