Description
As an End User Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with innovative people around the world and make an impact by growing sales in an assigned territory for the OEM/Specialty division of the Electrical Markets Division.
You will be responsible for:
- Establishing and achieving objectives: managing your assigned territory, understanding sales goals, and developing tactics to meet quarterly and annual objectives.
- Driving sales and marketing activities: utilizing the sales process to achieve sales results, applying 3M's brand and value propositions, and demonstrating and training customers on products and applications.
- Coordinating and planning territory activities: planning and managing time and resources to effectively support territory coverage.
- Demonstrating leadership: exhibiting leadership with accounts, prospects, and peers, and occasionally supporting the training and mentoring of other sales representatives.
- Continuously developing skills: learning and improving skills related to the market, products, applications, selling techniques, and other relevant areas.
This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history.
The expected compensation range for this position is $113,752 - $139,031, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay.
