Senior Manager, Agency Strategy

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Agency Strategy to lead the agency productivity function and drive strategic planning across teams and departments. You will work closely with agents, stakeholders, and development teams to deliver seamless digital experiences and optimize agent productivity and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and prioritize product roadmaps and backlogs aligned with business goals
• Work closely with agents, stakeholders, and development teams to deliver digital experiences
• Lead change management and drive adoption of new digital workflows and system updates
• Gather user feedback, analyze data, and iterate product features
• Coordinate training and communication to ensure tool adoption
• Align with business ambitions and strategic pillars to define strategy roadmaps
• Partner with agency leaders to deliver organizational vision and develop customer-centric propositions
• Contribute to project and program plan development and monitor progress
• Facilitate leadership communication and create reports and presentations

Requirements:

• Experience as Product Owner or similar role, ideally in insurance or fintech digital products
• Strong knowledge of change management principles and tools
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Agile development experience and ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Familiarity with life insurance operations and agency workflows preferred
• Excellent command of English, ability to speak Chinese will be advantageous
