Senior Consultant, Risk Management

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Consultant, Risk Management to join our team in Hong Kong. As a Senior Consultant, Risk Management, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and oversight of the enterprise risk management function across TransUnion Hong Kong.

Key responsibilities include:

• Creating, documenting, and implementing the Risk Management Framework, processes, and procedures across TransUnion Hong Kong
• Undertaking reviews of risk themes, regulatory topics, processes, projects, or business activities to identify potential risks and issues
• Preparing papers, reports, and dashboards for risk governance committees
• Working with business stakeholders to find solutions and ensure material risks and issues are appropriately addressed
• Supporting regulatory interactions and assisting in the preparation of high-quality documents to share with the Board of Directors
• Building and fostering relationships with senior leaders of the organization and becoming a trusted business partner
• Providing proactive, accurate, expert, and specialist risk management advice to all business units and divisions within TransUnion

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, risk management, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in risk management within a credit/financial environment or highly regulated industry
• Knowledge of the Hong Kong credit industry
• Proven experience in developing and implementing processes and procedures
• Strong stakeholder management, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to write formal policies and procedures as well as routine reports and correspondence
• Strong logical, problem-solving, decision-making, and influencing abilities
• Strong understanding of enterprise risk management principles and techniques in highly regulated industries
• Confidence in communicating with senior stakeholders
• Experience preparing papers for and presenting at governance committees and boards

We offer a hybrid work arrangement, with regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
