Financial Analyst

We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Finance team in Hyderabad. You will report to the Manager, FP&A and work closely with business teams to provide financial insights, reporting, and guidance.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in monthly/quarterly forecasting and annual planning processes
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of reporting deliverables
• Discuss plan and forecast numbers with business leaders and load them into the system
• Report actuals, compare them with plan/forecast, and provide commentary on major variances
• Provide heads-up to leaders on unforeseen expenses and risks/opportunities
• Work directly with global business partners on daily finance ad-hoc requests
• Create new Power BI reports as requested by business teams
• Regularly interact with business partners across different locations
• Maintain high data accuracy and attention to detail

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Finance (MBA) or Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting
• 3-5 years of related Financial and FP&A experience
• Demonstrated passion for learning and growing
• Highly motivated with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable building analysis based on data from multiple sources
• Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office, with strong emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with Anaplan and/or Power BI is a plus
