Description
We are seeking a 3rd Level Administrator - Scope Customer System-Administrator to join our team at IQVIA Health System Services (HSS) in Leipzig.
As a 3rd Level Administrator, you will be responsible for the administration and operation of customer infrastructure and applications, analysis and resolution of complex disruptions in 3rd level support, and further development of the endpoint management solution (MDM).
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Administration and operation of customer infrastructure and applications
- Analysis and resolution of complex disruptions in 3rd level support
- Support and further development of the endpoint management solution (MDM)
- Implementation of changes, releases, and technical requirements from projects
- Collaboration with customers, departments, and external service providers
- Conducting tests and creating reports and documentation
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Completed IT training or comparable qualification
- Experience in administering Windows systems and IT infrastructures
- Knowledge of endpoint/patch management (ideally Endpoint Central)
- Basic knowledge of network and IT security topics
- Experience with ITIL processes is beneficial
- Analytical and structured working style and pronounced problem-solving competence
- Very good German language skills and good communication skills in a customer environment
